  SORAYAMA HAJIME, Japanese illustrator, born in Aichi. He entered Chuo Bijutsu Gakuen in 1967 to study art. After graduation, he worked for an advertising agency before becoming a freelance illustrator in 1971. His "Sexy Robot" series, which depicts women in mechanical forms with erotic and metallic textures, is highly acclaimed worldwide. He also designed the "AIBO" pet robot developed by Sony in 1999. In recent years, his collaborations with fashion brands such as DIOR and popular artists have created a great sensation.
