款識：清華簪組觸塵埃，歲歲觀光上鳳台。莫戀青山如洛下，故園黃鞠待君翰。壬戌春二月，半丁陳年寫於海濱釣臺。

作者介紹：陳半丁，名年，字靜山，號半丁，常用齋號有飲雪廬、敬洗堂、五畝之園等，中國近現代畫家，北京畫院創始人之一，與陳師曾並稱「二陳」。他的作品結合了海派和京派的畫風，形成了小寫意的「陳派」風格。
