  作者介紹：羅其鑫，四川省成都市人，畫家。1962年畢業於四川美術學院，師承中國著名山水畫家周倫元、岑學恭先生專攻山水畫。曾先後擔任成都社大藝術系，成都翰林中國書畫藝術學院副院長，藝術系主任，教授，在四川教育學院、成都教育學院講授山水課。曾任中國工藝美術學會四川分會書畫專業委員會主任，四川省美術家協會山水畫會理事、四川東方書畫藝術研究會副會長、成都市美術家協會常務理事、成都市山水畫會常務副會長。
