作者介紹：姚鐘葆，近代畫家。姚鐘葆能詩，善畫，工山水，用筆蒼勁，變化多方，其寫山水私淑胡遠，筆意新穎，佈局精構，既而棄之，草草下筆，專主氣韻。後轉以甜熟病之，畫不得見重，益酗酒成性，後咯血而亡。著有作品《性安廬畫稿》圖傳世。
