作者介紹：何海霞，名瀛，字海霞，以字行。北京市人。1956年調入陝西美協從事專業創作，為"長安畫派"代表畫家之一。1983年任陝西省國畫院副院長，不久調北京中國畫研究院工作。擅長山水，亦能花卉。其創作往往將青綠工筆與水墨筆意融為一體，立意新奇，筆力雄健，風格渾厚而不失秀麗。
