    Fei Xinwo (1903-1992), courtesy name was Li Qian, art name was Li Zhai, born in Huzhou Zhejiang. He learned Western painting from an early age, and later he learned Japanese painting and art techniques. He was a director of the China Calligraphers Association and an advisor of the Jiangsu Provincial Branch of the China Calligraphers Association. His clerical script was simple, and his regular script was soft and mellow. In his later years, his writings became more rhythmic, with ups and downs, dry and wet, and formed a unique personal calligraphy style.
